Otto Müller (politician, 1893)

Otto Müller (born December 16, 1893 in Bullenwinkel , Kolberg-Körlin district , † November 3, 1955 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Müller was born in the now desolate town of Bullenwinkel in Pomerania . He attended middle school and studied two semesters at the administration college in Berlin. In the Kolberg-Körlin district he completed an apprenticeship in administration from 1909 to 1912 . From 1912 and during the First World War , Müller did his military service . In 1920 he was administrative official . In 1922 he joined the SPD. Until 1938 he worked as an administrative officer at the Reichsversorgungsamt in Stettin and Berlin . In the army he was during the Second World War used as an official in the function of a staff director from 1939 to 1945.

After the Second World War he lived in Schleswig-Holstein and from 1947 worked as a freelance sales representative . In 1947 he was elected to the city council of Itzehoe and served as deputy mayor . In Itzehoe he became district chairman of the SPD in the same year. In 1951 he was elected to the district council of the Steinburg district.

In 1954 he was elected to the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein , he won the direct mandate in the constituency of Steinburg-Ost. He was a member of the Committee for Displaced Persons and the Committee for People's Welfare, as well as a member of the state election committee.

Müller died during the legislative session on November 3, 1955. He was replaced as substitutes Hermann-law in the state legislature.

Müller lived in Itzehoe, was married and had two children.
