Otto Carl Constantin Graf zu Solms-Sonnenwalde (born July 14, 1845 in Wurschen , † October 27, 1886 in Sonnewalde ) was a German officer and member of parliament .

Otto zu Solms-Sonnenwalde came from a branch of the Hessian aristocratic family Solms, who were wealthy in Brandenburg, with headquarters in Sonnewalde and other goods in Hillmersdorf , Proßmarke and Pouch . He was the second son of Theodor zu Solms-Sonnenwalde (1814-1890) and his wife Klara Maria, born of Rex-Thielau (1815-1886).

He married Helene Countess zu Solms-Baruth in Berlin in 1878 (* September 28, 1854, † April 17, 1886).

Life

Otto Carl Constantin zu Solms-Sonnenwalde was Knight of Honor of the Order of St. John . He was a royal Prussian captain . In 1869 he was a member of the Hessian Communal Parliament of the Prussian government district of Kassel as a member of the knighthood and representative of Count Maximilian zu Solms-Rödelheim (1826-1892) in the communal parliament .
