Dinny pails
Dennis "Dinny" Pails (born March 4, 1921 in Nottingham , England , † November 22, 1986 in Sydney ) was an Australian tennis player .
He won the men's singles at the Australian Championships in 1947 when he defeated John Bromwich in five sets in the final.
Pails also played eight Davis Cup games for the Australian team between 1946 and 1947 . In 1948 he switched to the professionals, who at that time played separately from the amateurs.
