Palis is a village and a former French commune with 646 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aube department in the Grand Est region .
With effect from January 1, 2016, it was merged with the former municipalities of Aix-en-Othe and Villemaur-sur-Vanne to form a commune nouvelle called Aix-Villemaur-Pâlis and has the status of a commune déléguée in the new municipality .
