Panda is one of Berlin coming rock band . A typical feature are the texts in the Berlin dialect .
history
Panda was founded at a private party by Sascha Niemann. The actress Anna Fischer stayed at this party and was so impressed by the musicians that she spontaneously decided to get on stage and sing along. Since then she has been the front woman. Two band members previously played with the Berliner Landesjugendjazzorchester. The band played in several Berlin clubs and released their first single Jeht kacken in early May 2007 . The band, which is under contract with Universal , also appeared as opening act for Maxïmo Park and as opening act on the 2008 tour of Rosenstolz . In September 2007 her debut album Tretmine was released , which was produced by Rodrigo González of Die Ärzte and Luci van Org . The music on the CD also comes from their pen; Anna Fischer wrote the lyrics. After a break of several years, their new EP Im Rudel was released in September 2014.
