Parsit is a district of the municipality of Ense in the district of Soest , administrative district Arnsberg , North Rhine-Westphalia and is located between 400 m west and 200 m south of the center of the municipality .

Parsit is located near the Haarstrange on the edge of the Sauerland between Bremen and Höingen , on the L 732. The number of inhabitants has increased continuously through the development of building areas in recent decades. The Kettler company headquarters was also a decisive factor . The district does not have its own infrastructure, the central town of Bremen is within walking distance. There is a good connection by public transport to Neheim and Werl .

In the course of the local reorganization on July 1, 1969, Parsit was combined with 13 other independent places to form the new municipality of Ense.
