Hünningen is a district of the municipality of Ense in the Soest district in North Rhine-Westphalia . The place has 461 inhabitants.
In the course of the local reorganization on July 1, 1969, Hünningen was combined with 13 other independent places to form the new municipality of Ense.
Together with Lüttringen , Hünningen forms a " double village ". Haus Füchten , an old noble residence, is located in the Hünninger area .
