Patrick Joseph Harrington SMA (born September 12, 1939 in Kilmeague , Ireland) is the former Roman Catholic Bishop of Lodwar .

Life

Patrick Joseph Harrington joined the Congregation of the Society of African Missions in and received on 16 December 1964, the priestly ordination . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Lodwar on February 17, 2000 .

The Cardinal Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples , Cardinal Jozef Tomko , ordained him episcopal on March 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were John Christopher Mahon SPS , Bishop Emeritus of Lodwar, and Zacchaeus Okoth , Archbishop of Kisumu .

He resigned from his office on March 5, 2011.
