His professional career began with a loan at FC Barcelona B . There he was able to secure a regular place. He then returned to Nantes and stayed there a total of three years. He had his most successful years in Nantes, as he won the Coupe de France and the Trophée des Champions in 1999. After his contract expired, he returned to Arabia, this time to Dubai Club , where he also signed a half-year contract.

After the contract expired in 2005 he moved to Odd Grenland in Norway . There he should help to get away from the relegation places, which he successfully managed with the club. In February 2006 he signed a contract with the Israeli club Maccabi Petach Tikwa , but in 2007 his contract was terminated because his disciplined behavior left something to be desired.

And this wasn't the first time. When FC Nantes , he was banned for eight months because he had attacked an umpire physically. While at Sheffield United , he was told that he had no future in Sheffield after taking part in the Battle of Bramall Lane. Suffo was a player who received a red card for headbutted an opponent. Thereupon CD Numancia was loaned.

After being kicked out at Maccabi Petach Tikwa , he moved to league rivals FC Ashdod , where he only played one game and scored one goal. 2008 moved to Spain to UD Puertollano . He stayed there for half a year and scored one goal in eleven games. In November of the same year he returned to England , to Wrexham FC . He made his debut in a 1-0 win over Kidderminster Harriers .
