Paul Alois Lakra (born July 11, 1955 in Naditoli , Orissa , India ) is Bishop of Gumla .
Life
Paul Alois Lakra was ordained a priest on May 6, 1988 . He was in on 28 May 1993 the clergy of the diocese of Gumla incardinated .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Gumla on January 28, 2006. The Archbishop of Ranchi , Telesphore Placidus Cardinal Toppo , ordained him episcopal on April 5th of the same year; Co- consecrators were Benedict John Osta SJ , Archbishop of Patna , and Charles Soreng SJ, Bishop of Hazaribag .
