Paul Brincat

Paul "Salty" Brincat (born before 1985) is an Australian sound engineer .

Life

Brincat began his career in 1985 with the Australian comedy Dream House on the installments of Denny Lawrence . He then worked for television for a few years before finding his way to Hollywood via the internationally successful comedy Einstein Junior . There he was involved in the 1990s, among other things, in Sniper - The Sharpshooter and The Narrow Ridge . For the latter film, he was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Sound in 1999. He also worked on 19 episodes of the television series Flippers New Adventure ; for this he received the Primetime Emmy in 1966 . In the 2000s, he worked on two films of George Lucas ' second Star Wars - Trilogy . Since 2010 he has been working mainly in Australia again, where, in addition to film projects, he also increasingly worked for television, including Sea Patrol , The Code and the US / Australian television series Terra Nova .
