Paul Diethei

Paul Diethei (born June 26, 1925 in Reimlingen , † September 25, 1997 on the Hochgrat , Oberallgäu district ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Diethei attended elementary school and the humanistic grammar school in Kempten . He was then called up for military service, where he was initially deployed in various theaters of war and finally spent four years in British captivity in Egypt and Libya . Then he began the preparatory service and the employment test for the senior administrative service. In 1950 he was transferred to the Kempten District Office. After studying for seven semesters, Diethei received her diploma from the Administration and Business Academy in Munich . In 1954 he became a member of the Allgäu mountain rescue service .

1956 Diethei became a member of the city council in Kempten (Allgäu) . From 1966 to 1994 he sat in the Bavarian state parliament , always directly elected to the constituency of Kempten and Oberallgäu . From 1986 he was deputy chairman of the CSU parliamentary group.
