Paul Hemken to Krax

Paul Hemken to Krax (born November 12, 1914 in Spexard ; † February 6, 2008 ) was a German local politician and district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, he completed an apprenticeship as a butcher by 1933 . From 1938 to 1978 he worked as a self-employed master butcher and businessman. He was married and had four children.

From 1946 to 1970 Hemken to Krax was a member of the municipal council of the municipality of Spexard and from November 10, 1948 to October 10, 1964 a member of the district council of the former Wiedenbrück district and from 1946 to 1970 a member of the official representation of the former Avenwedde office . After the regional reform , he was a member of the Gütersloh City Council from 1970 to 1974 .

Public offices

From April 22nd, 1961 to October 10th, 1964 he was district administrator of the district of Wiedenbrück. Hemken to Krax succeeded Arnold Verhoff from Wiedenbrück .

He was represented in numerous committees of the district assembly of North Rhine-Westphalia . He also served as a juror at the District Court Bielefeld and 1960 to 1969 as an honorary judge at the Supreme Administrative Court operates.
