Paul Meyer (politician)

Paul Meyer-Rottmann (born August 28, 1853 in Rottmannsdorf ; † after 1913) was the owner of the manor and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Meyer attended grammar schools in Danzig and Kolberg and has learned agriculture since 1871. From 1878 he managed his father's estate Rottmannsdorf, which he took over in 1885. In the district of Danziger Höhe he was a member of the district council and district committee, as well as a landscape deputy in the Dirschauer landscape district.

From 1893 to 1898 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Reichstag electoral district of Danzig 2 and the German Reich Party . Between 1908 and 1913 he was also a member of the Prussian House of Representatives .
