Paul Rehfeld

Paul Rehfeld (born March 25, 1688 in Reppen near Frankfurt / Oder ; † December 23, 1753 in Stralsund ) was a Lutheran clergyman.

Paul Rehfeld was the son of the Mayor of Reppen, Christian Rehfeldt, and his wife Anna Margarethe Cramer from Saxony. He studied in Rostock , Frankfurt / Oder and Leipzig . In 1717 he received his master's degree in Greifswald . He then became a deacon and in 1721 archdeacon at St. Nikolai in Stralsund . In 1752 he was appointed Stralsund superintendent and received a doctorate from Uppsala University . Paul Rehfeld's first marriage was to Ilsabe Dorothea Eggebrecht, widowed Pyl, and his second marriage to Maria Margaretha Hoyer.
