Paul Reinbacher (* 1978 in Fürstenfeld , Styria ) is an Austrian social and economic scientist and management consultant.

Life

Paul Reinbacher studied international economic relations and sociology . He did a PhD in knowledge management . After working in industry and in management consultancy , he worked at the FH Campus Wien to set up the European Joint Degree Master’s program Social Economy and Social Work ( SOWOSEC ). He is currently responsible for quality management on a professorship for education and quality management at the Upper Austria University of Education . In addition to lecturing at meetings and conferences, especially in the so-called Third Space , he holds teaching assignments at various universities and colleges.

Reinbacher primarily deals with questions of management from a sociological perspective. This concerns concepts of knowledge management , quality management , risk management and marketing management or specific instruments such as the SWOT analysis . He also works on the moral - ethical and the artistic - aesthetic dimension of organizations and their management. In addition to the instrumental, purposeful aspects of social systems, he seeks to work out their emotional, value-rational elements. He also pursues projects on applied aesthetics , in which he understands marketing as an expression of everyday aesthetization (in the form of brand development, graphic design, etc.).
