Paul Skonieczny
Paul Skonieczny (born April 17, 1910 in Berlin ; † May 24, 2001 in Mainz ) was a German lawyer and ministerial official .
Life
Skonieczny completed a law degree , which he completed with two state examinations. From 1929 he was a member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. Bavaria Berlin. In 1939 he joined the Prussian financial administration as a government assessor. From 1941 he worked in the Reich Finance Administration .
Skonieczny was a member of the CDU and served as State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Reconstruction of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate from 1959 to 1969 . From 1960 he was a member of the board of directors and from January 1, 1970 until his retirement on December 31, 1976 he was general director (chairman of the board) of the Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz - Girozentrale in Mainz .
