Paul Wingendorf (born July 12, 1914 in Alsdorf (Westerwald) ; † July 23, 1995 in Kirchen (Sieg) ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Wingendorf was a commercial industrial employee at the locomotive factory Jung in Jungenthal . He was a co-founder of the local CDU club in Altenkirchen . From 1946 to 1957 he was mayor of the community of Alsdorf, from 1958 to 1968 he was the mayor of Kirchen (Sieg) and from 1968 to 1975 mayor of the association community of Kirchen (Sieg) . At the same time he was mayor of the parish of Kirchen from 1960 to 1975. From 1956 to 1983 he was district chairman of the CDU.

Wingendorf sat in the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate from 1951 to 1986, longer than any other member of parliament since the state of Rhineland-Palatinate was founded . In the last electoral term he was also old-age president from 1983 until his early resignation on May 31, 1986 .
