Paurito is a town in the Santa Cruz Department in the lowlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
Paurito is the central place of the canton Paurito in the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) Santa Cruz in the province Andrés Ibáñez . The village is located at an altitude of 356 m fourteen kilometers west of the Río Grande , one of the longest rivers in the Bolivian lowlands.

Paurito is located in the Bolivian lowlands east of the Andes mountain range of the Cordillera Central .
The mean average temperature of the region is 24 ° C, the annual precipitation is about 1000 mm (see climate diagram Santa Cruz).
