Percival Joseph Fernandez
Percival Joseph Fernandez (born December 20, 1935 in Mangalore ) is auxiliary bishop emeritus in Bombay .
Life
Percival Joseph Fernandez was ordained a priest on December 21, 1960 . Pope John Paul II appointed him on March 13, 2001 auxiliary bishop in Bombay and titular bishop of Bulla .
The Archbishop of Bombay Ivan Cardinal Dias consecrated him on April 21 of the same year as bishop ; Co-consecrators were Simon Ignatius Cardinal Pimenta , Old Archbishop of Bombay, and Lorenzo Baldisseri , Apostolic Nuncio in India and Nepal .
On January 4, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
