Percy is a village and a former French commune with 2,280 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Manche department in the Normandy region . It belonged to the arrondissement of Saint-Lô and the canton of Percy .
With effect from January 1, 2016, Percy was merged with the former municipality of Le Chefresne , creating a nouvelle commune called Percy-en-Normandie . The former municipalities have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Percy.
