Peter Ridzoň is a Slovak biathlete .

Peter Ridzoň from the club biatlonu Osrblie is primarily active and successful in the cross-country sub-discipline of summer biathlon . In Haute-Maurienne he took part in the junior competitions of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2008 and was ninth in the sprint and 12th in the pursuit. From 2009 it runs in the men's performance area. In the IBU Summer Cup 2009 in Bansko he achieved second place in a mass start race behind Oļegs Maļuhins and thus his first result on the podium in this competition series. A year later , after he was second in the sprint behind Ilmārs Bricis , he won the following pursuit race in Cēsis . In between, the participation in the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2009 in Nové Město na Moravě , where Ridzoň was eleventh in the sprint and 19th in the pursuit. There was also a seventh place in the mixed competition, which he achieved with Vladimíra Točeková , Andrea Horčiková and Jozef Škoviera .

In winter, Ridzoň ran for the first time in 2009 in Osrblie in the IBU Cup . In the individual he was 47th, 48th in the sprint. At the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2011 in Martell he was 13th in the sprint, 12th in the pursuit and with Vladimíra Točeková , Terézia Poliaková and Tomáš Rusňák fifth as the final runner in the mixed relay race.
