Peter Sebastian Goveas
Peter Sebastian Goveas (born February 8, 1955 in Hosabettu , Karnataka , India ) is an Indian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Bettiah .
Life
Peter Sebastian Goveas received on 9 December 1983, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On July 22, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Bettiah. The Archbishop of Patna , William D'Souza SJ , donated him episcopal ordination on October 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Raipur , Victor Henry Thakur , and the Bishop of Bhagalpur , Kurian Valiakandathil .
