The Petite-Côte ( French small coast ) is the name of the stretch of coast in the West African state of Senegal , which extends south of the metropolis Dakar from the Cap-Vert peninsula to the Sine - Saloum - river delta between the cities of Rufisque in the north and Joal-Fadiouth in the 80 kilometers south.
Many cities and seaside resorts line up on the populous coast . From north to south the following are to be named:
