Club career

Dragoun comes from the youth department of FK Teplice . He was initially only used in the B team, in the second half of the 2002/03 season he was loaned to the then second division club FK Chomutov without being used. In the 2003/04 season he was in the professional squad of FK Teplice, but only played a single minute when he came on in stoppage time in the encounter with Sigma Olomouc .

The defender was loaned to the then third division club FK Ústí nad Labem in January 2004 , where he played regularly and was able to celebrate promotion to the second division at the end of the season. There, too, the defender was part of the permanent staff. Together with his coach Jiří Plíšek , he moved to 1. FC Slovácko in the summer of 2006. After only half a year in Uherské Hradiště , he returned to his former club in Teplice on loan , but initially only sat on the bench. It was only used towards the end of the season.

For the 2007/08 season Dragoun was committed by the Dutch honorary division RBC Roosendaal . After only a year he turned his back on Roosendaal and moved to Germany, to the then league promoted FC Grün-Weiß Wolfen . In the league, Dragoun completed 26 games for the green-whites and scored one goal. However, the team rose again at the end of the season. After two years in Wolfen, the defender left Germany in the summer of 2010 and moved to his home country, for the Czech second division club FC Zenit Čáslav . After only half a year, however, he turned his back on the club and moved to Germany for the second time, where he joined ZFC Meuselwitz in the regional soccer league . Dragoun made his league debut for Meuselwitz on February 27, 2011 in the 1: 3 away defeat against TSV Havelse . Coach Damian Halata had his new purchase in the starting lineup.

In the summer of 2011, the defensive player returned to Ústí nad Labem. He played two more years in the Czech second division . He finished the 2011/12 season with his team in first place, but they were denied promotion. In the summer of 2013 he returned to FK Teplice, but was no longer used and ended his career soon after.
