Rectory in Schwifting

The rectory in Schwifting , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech , was built in 1882 instead of a previous building from 1590. The former rectory on Kapellenweg 2, north of the Catholic chapel St. Margaretha , is a protected monument .

description

The two-storey plastered building with a belt cornice , low mezzanine floor and flat hip roof has four to five window axes . The symmetrically opposite window axes are achieved by a window sill, a narrow belt and a profiled Traufgesims and corner pilasters divided. The cross- frame windows with wooden shutters are framed by plastered bottles . In the knee wall sit small round window. The entrance on the north side is via a difference staircase, a vestibule is presented to it. Behind the building-time field door, the stairwell branches off to the right with a half-turn staircase.
