The rectory in Schwabhausen , a district of the community of Weil in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech , was built in 1914/15 instead of a previous building from 1711. The rectory at Dorfstrasse 16, by the Catholic parish church Heilig Kreuz , is a protected monument .

description

The two-storey steep gable roof building with neo-baroque tail gables was built according to plans by the Augsburg architect Albert Kirchmayer . The high blind gables with cornice structure and triangular gable top are designed in the style of the Renaissance . On the southern side of the eaves there is a risalit-like floor bay with a triangular gable. On the north side of the eaves there is a dormer with a hipped roof above the stairwell axis . The rectangular windows with green shutters have narrow bars. A difference staircase leads to the entrance with a profiled reveal and double door leaf on the east gable side .
