Philip Stewart "Phil" Gordon (born June 6, 1970 ) is a professional American poker player . He currently resides in Las Vegas , Nevada .

Poker career

Tournament successes

Gordon played for the first time in 2001 at the Main Event of the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas and was promptly Fourth, for which he 400,000 US dollars received. A year later he reached two final tables and was sixth and third each. In 2005 he finished third in a shootout event. Although Gordon reached a few more money finishes , he failed to win a bracelet . His current World Series of Poker earnings are just under $ 870,000. He had his last cash win at the WSOP in 2010 .
