Philipp Heissner

Philipp Hotner (born June 6, 1988 in Munich ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and was a member of the Hamburg Parliament from 2015 to 2020 .

biography

Hotner studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and passed the 1st state examination in 2014 .

Hotner began his political career in the Junge Union , of which he was district chairman in Eimsbüttel until 2015 and of which he has been a member of the national board since 2014. Since 2009 he has been a member of the CDU and chairman of the Eimsbüttel / Hoheluft-West branch .

In 2014, he was elected to the Eimsbüttel District Assembly. In the 2015 mayor elections , he received a mandate in the Stellingen-Eimsbüttel-West constituency and was the specialist spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group on the subjects of family , children and youth and was a member of the citizenship's family, children and youth committee. He was also a member of the Budget and Urban Development Committee. He no longer belongs to the citizenship elected in 2020.

Since 2018 he has been an assessor in the national board of the Junge Union and since 2019 also the state chairman of the Junge Union Hamburg.
