Philipp Richter (born April 24, 1981 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ) is a German theater and film actor, radio play speaker , comedian and singer .

Life

Richter comes from a family of artists and was on stage at a young age. While at school he founded the satire duo "Die Ruhmkugeln" with Christian Kühn , which reached over 500,000 viewers. At the Chemnitz Theater he played in the musicals Fame and The Rocky Horror Show and in the Turandot opera . Richter completed an acting degree at the Western Pomerania Theater Academy . He was seen as an actor a. a. at various stages including the Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. He was seen in various leading roles at Dresden theaters, such as Benny in the Olsen Gang , as Bömmel in the Feuerzangenbowle , as brasset in Charley's aunt or as robber captain Rinaldo in “Das Wirtshaus im Spessart”. He has worked with the directors Roman Polański , Uwe Janson and Lars Büchel , among others . Starred in films alongside Pierce Brosnan, Ewan McGregor, Ulrich Mühe, Karoline Herfurth, Jörg Schüttauf, Olaf Schubert and Mario Adorf.

Richter is co-founder of a musical company, which also includes Nico Müller from “Adoro”.

As an imitator he is responsible for the voices of: Bruce Willis, Udo Lindenberg, Homer Simpson, Horst Schlämmer, Thomas Gottschalk, Helmut Kohl, Eddie Murphy and others. v. a. known.

Richter works as a spokesman for film, television and radio, as a DJ duo he is on the road under the pseudonym Tim Herzberger together with the actor Franz Lenski with the label "DISKOFIEBER".

As a singer he is on tour with his band Funky Beats with the program “Mixtape - The big hits of the 80s & 90s live” or “Hits live - famous songs reinterpreted”. At apollo radio , he moderates the talk show culture of conversation with Richter & Rottstädt, in which celebrities from politics, culture, music and television talk about their lives, including guests: Gregor Gysi, Martin Semmelrogge, Wladimir Kaminer, Christine Westermann, stroking animals People, Nico Müller, Christian Friedel, Johann Juergens, Volker "Zack Michalowski".

In 2017 Richter was seen as an actor at the Störtebeker Festival . Together with his mother Sabine Carolin Richter (author), the artist Marian Kretschmer (illustration) and the pianist Carsten Klobe (composition), he published the book Wunderland , to which he also lent his voice for the accompanying audio book. At the Hope Gala he presented this poetry and stood on stage with Sir Bob Geldof, Mimi & Josy or Orange Blue. Philipp Richter lives in Dresden .
