Phu ( Nepali फू also Fu ) is a Village Development Committee (VDC) in the Manang District in north-central Nepal .
The main town Phugaon is located in a northern side valley of the Manang Valley at an altitude of 4070 m . It can be reached from the Manang Valley through the Phu Khola and Nar Khola river valleys. The area includes the eastern Damodar Himal and extends to the Chinese border. In the south, Phu borders the VDC Nar .

At the 2011 census, Phu had 176 inhabitants (88 of them male) in 36 households.
