Dynamo Apeldoorn is a Dutch volleyball club from Apeldoorn , which plays in the first Dutch league (A-League) and in the Champions League .

history

The club was founded in 1967 as Dynamo Apeldoorn . Since 1986 the team appeared under the sponsorship name Piet Zoomers / D Apeldoorn. In 1991 the club became Dutch champions for the first time and has been able to repeat this success ten times to date. The team has also won the Dutch Cup and Super Cup six times since 1993. The team achieved their greatest international success when they won the Top Teams Cup in 2003. In 2009 the sponsor withdrew and the club is again called SV Dynamo (Sports Club Dynamo).
