Pieter Andreas ("Peter") Kemper (born October 13, 1942 in The Hague ; † March 25, 2020 ) was a Dutch football player .

Career

Kemper was a defender . He played from July 1961 to June 1975 for PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie . He was used in games of the UEFA Cup and the European Cup . His career ended in June 1976 at Helmond Sport in the Eerste Divisie .

On April 5, 1967, he took part in the starting eleven in the European Championship qualification game GDR against the Netherlands (under Georg Keßler ). He played his last game on April 17, 1967 against Belgium .
