The Deobureo-shimin Party ( Korean 더불어 시민 당 , transliteration : Deobureo-shimin-dang , translated directly into German : Common Party of Citizens or Common Party of Coexistence ) is a social liberal party in South Korea . It was founded in the run-up to the parliamentary elections in South Korea in 2020 and is considered a satellite party of the Deobureo-minju party .
During the cooperation negotiations, several left-wing parties, including the Minjung party , refused to join because the left-wing nationalist parties did not want to work with an electoral alliance led by Pro- Moon-Jae-in politicians. The party campaigns for the South Korean Justice Minister Cho Kuk, who resigned in October 2019 in the wake of a corruption investigation .
