Germany
Legal
If the game is abandoned, Section 18, Paragraph 4 of the legal and procedural rules of the DFB provides that the game is rated 0: 2 against the club that is responsible for the abandonment. It says here:
“If a national game is canceled prematurely through no fault of either team, it must be repeated at the same place. If a team or their club or both clubs are to blame for the abandonment of the game, the game is to be counted as lost to the guilty party with 2-0 goals and won by the innocent with 2-0 goals. If the innocent has achieved a more favorable result at the time of the termination, this result will be counted. This applies accordingly if a subsidiary is involved. "
