Pierre lives with his mother Marie in Normandy in a castle on the banks of the Seine. Every morning he drives his motorcycle to see Lucie, his fiancée. One night Marie tells her son that she has arranged a date for his wedding to Lucie. When Pierre goes to Lucie to tell her the news, he meets a woman in the woods. She tells him: "Pierre ... you are not the only child, I am your sister, Isabelle." Pierre begins an incestuous relationship with Isabelle .
