The Polish Ski Jumping Championships 2016/17 took place on December 26, 2016. While the women's competition in Szczyrk had to be canceled at the end of March 2017 , the men held their competition on the Wielka Krokiew in Zakopane . The appointment on Boxing Day due to the new TV contract meant that two winter champions were chosen in 2016, as a championship competition was already taking place in March . Officially, the winner of the competition is considered the champion of the year 2017. The championships were organized by the Polish Ski Association PZN . The competition director was Jan Kowal .

Results

Men

The individual competition took place on December 26th, 2016 from the large hill Wielka Krokiew ( K 120 / HS 134 ) in Wisła. There were 35 athletes registered, all of whom were included in the ranking. In the second round, the average width was 108.7 meters, with Maciej Kot having the maximum width with 139 meters and Paweł Twardosz the lowest with 74 meters. Polish champion became Piotr Żyła .

Women

The individual competition, which was to take place in Szczyrk on the weekend of March 24-26, 2017, was canceled a few days earlier due to bad weather conditions.
