Pornsak Pongthong ( Thai พรศักดิ์ ป้อง ทอง , born May 9, 1987 in Nakhon Phanom ) is a Thai football player .

Career

Pornsak Pongthong learned to play football in the youth team of the first division club Chonburi FC in Chonburi . He signed his first contract with the then second division club Sriracha FC in nearby Sriracha . With the club he became champions in 2010 and thus rose to the first division . By 2013 he played 51 times for the club. In 2014 he moved to league rivals Songkhla United FC . At the end of the season, Songkhla finished in 18th place in the table and thus had to take the path to the second division. After relegation, he left the club and joined the second division club PTT Rayong FC . He was on the field 24 times for Rayong until 2017. He moved to league rivals Chiangmai FC in 2018. Here he was loaned out to Chiangrai United . After the end of the loan, he moved the return series in 2018 after Sisaket for Sisaket FC . After six months, he signed another contract with first division promoted Chiangmai FC in early 2019. After one season he moved to the first division Trat FC in Trat in early 2020 .
