background

The film was initiated as a no-budget production by Alexander Waldhelm (Words Wanderer) in cooperation with Stephan Glagla (pottMEDIA) and Michael Mölders (Electric Mojoland) and developed into a low-budget production.

The shooting period was the six weeks of summer vacation 2016. It was shot - with two exceptions (Oberhausen) - in Mülheim an der Ruhr on-location. Except for a few crew members (camera, assistant director, light and sound) and a handful of actors in front of the camera, the entire team consisted of lay people.
