The Stuttgart Press House is the publishing and printing house of the Stuttgart newspaper group on the southern edge of Stuttgart in the Möhringen district . The newspaper publishers of the Stuttgarter Zeitung and the Stuttgarter Nachrichten , the printing company Pressehaus Stuttgart Druck GmbH and the radio station Hitradio Antenne 1 are located under its roof . The editorial office of Sonntag Aktuell , the South African consulate and several service companies in the media sector are also housed in the press house .

The building is owned by Pressehaus Stuttgart Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH , a subsidiary of Südwestdeutsche Medien Holding GmbH .

In addition to the Stuttgarter Zeitung, Stuttgarter Nachrichten and Sonntag Aktuell , the Pressehaus Stuttgart Druck GmbH also prints the Leonberger Kreiszeitung , the Fellbacher Zeitung , the Kornwestheimer Zeitung , the Marbacher Zeitung and the Rems-Zeitung . In addition, the official journal of the city of Stuttgart and the advertising papers Stuttgarter Wochenblatt , Fellbacher Wochenblatt, Leonberger Wochenblatt, Strohgäu-Wochenblatt, Kornwestheimer Stadtanzeiger and Marbacher Stadtanzeiger are printed here.

In 2004, the press house's web offset system was modernized for over 100 million euros. This increased the printing capacity to 255,000 newspapers per hour.
