Proitze is a district of the Schnega municipality in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
geography
The village, to which the northern Molden belongs, lies to the west of the core area of Schnega and south of the B 71 . East of Proitze along the Schnegaer mill trench , the 480 extends ha large protected area Schnegaer Mühlenbachtal .
history
On July 1, 1972, Proitze was incorporated into the municipality of Schnega.
