Pusku (German Pusko ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the municipality of Haapsalu (until 2017: rural municipality of Ridala ) in Lääne County in Estonia .

Population, location and history

The place has 19 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located seven kilometers southwest of the core city of Haapsalu. The place gave its name to the small bay in the Baltic Sea south of the port of Rohuküla .

The village was first mentioned in 1557 as dorp thom small bush . In 1586 it was recorded as Bussby .
