Qilian
Qilian (祁连 县; Pinyin : Qílián Xiàn) is a district of the Haibei Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the northeast of the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of 15,610 km² and has around 50,000 inhabitants. Its main place is the large community Babao (八宝 Groß). Due to the Chinese nuclear program, large parts of the province are restricted military areas, including the main town of Babao.
