The Querberg is the highest mountain in the Miltenberg district and the fifth highest in the Spessart. Its summit itself lies in the area of the Miltenberg district in the district of Altenbuch . The municipality of Dammbach stretches on the northwest side to below the summit. The mountain is bounded in the northeast by the valley of the Kropfbach and in the southwest by that of the Faulbach . In the north it goes flat to the Hockenhöhe (558 m) and in the south-east to the Kropfschnabel (550 m).
The Eselsweg runs over the Querberg .
