Quicker'n a Wink is an American short film from 1940.

Harold E. Edgerton (1903–1990) presented his invention, the stroboscope . The stroboscopic effect allows you to see things in slow motion that are too fast for the human eye under normal circumstances. Examples include: a rifle bullet hits a light bulb; a cup shattered on the floor; a soap bubble burst; the flapping of hummingbird wings.
