RV Bank Rhein-Haardt eG had total assets of around 1.3 billion euros in 2018 and employed almost 300 people (around 50 of them in the goods department). In addition, an average of 10 trainees were trained as bank clerks.

history
The bank was founded in Lambsheim on November 26th, 1903 under the name Spar- und Kreditkasse eGmuH . Between 1986 and 2001 the Raiffeisen banks Lambsheim, Heßheim, Bobenheim-Roxheim, Weisenheim am Sand and Maxdorf merged to form what was then RV Bank Frankenthal eG. RV Bank Rhein-Haardt eG was created in 2003 from the merger of RV Bank Frankenthal eG with Volksbank Grünstadt eG.
Goods department RVB-AGRARSERVICE
The bank has an agricultural goods department in Beindersheim with a turnover of around EUR 59 million and around 50 employees. Here products from the Upper Palatinate region (mainly potatoes and onions ) are processed, packaged and sold throughout Germany and numerous European countries. Around 130,000 tons of agricultural products are processed annually.
One of the largest photovoltaic systems in the region with an output of 218 kilowatts / peak is located on the roofs of the goods department .
