history

1888 to 1960

Between 1888 and 1900, many Raiffeisenkassen were founded in the Perennials business area. In the founding of the Raiffeisenkassen, pastors were mostly involved, in the perennials these were the clergymen Sales Baur, Karl Bachmann and Josef Weckerle. In 1925 the Raiffeisenkasse in Scherstetten celebrates its 25th anniversary. It was not until the 1950s that the Raiffeisen banks gradually built their own buildings. Before that, banking was done in the private rooms or living rooms of the computers of the time. Often the "counter" was also opened after Sunday mass. In 1957 the new construction of the Raiffeisen warehouse began in Langenneufnach.

1960 to 1980

At the end of 1980, construction of the new headquarters in Langenneufnach began . After almost two years of construction, it was inaugurated in 1982.
