Raimund Germela
Raimund Germela (born June 1, 1868 in Vršac , Vojvodina , † April 23, 1945 in Vienna ) was an Austrian genre painter and illustrator .
Germela studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Leopold Carl Müller and Josef Mathias Trenkwald . After graduating, he lived in France , England and Italy . From 1898 he lived permanently in Vienna. He was a member of the Hagenbund from 1900 to 1906 and of the Vienna Künstlerhaus from 1910 . Among other things, Germela provided cover pictures for the magazine Jugend .
