Rainer Riepl
Rainer Riepl (* 1946 in Linz ) is an Austrian sculptor , painter and art educator .
Live and act
Riepl studied from 1970 to 1974 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and completed it in the master class for painting and art education with Walter Eckert . In 1982 he took part in the International Summer Academy for Fine Arts in Salzburg and studied bronze casting in Josef Zenzmaier's master class .
He has been a freelance artist since 1974. From 1974 to 2002 he was an art teacher in Vienna , Klagenfurt , Salzburg and Ried im Innkreis . Riepl is a member of the Innviertel Artists Guild and the Passau Art Association .
He presents his works in solo exhibitions and participation in exhibitions, mainly in Upper Austria. His pictures move between naturalism and abstraction .
