Trivia

When the postman Gert Postel in the Saxon town of Zschadraß applied under his real name for a position as senior physician in the penal system in the local specialist hospital for psychiatry , he had to give a lecture to the appointment committee of the social agency, to which Tölle was also chairman. Ironically, his subject was the pseudologia phantastica , using the literary example of Felix Krull . When Tölle asked him after the enthusiastically received lecture what the topic of his dissertation was, the impostor countered with a clever meaningless phrase: "About cognitively induced distortions of stereotypical judgment." Tölle is said to have only responded appreciatively: "You will yourself Feel at home with us. ”So Gerd Postel took up the position in November 1995.
